New Features and How to Adopt Them

This article provides an overview of new features released across WANNA products (Web SDK, iOS SDK, Studio, Renderer, etc.). Each section highlights the main improvements introduced in a specific release.

The article is designed as a living document and will be continuously updated with new announcements.

X-Ray Bag View

Release date Supported platforms SDK version
02.09.2025  WEB v4.2+

Overview

One of the key factors when choosing a bag is its capacity. Dimensions alone are not always clear to shoppers.

The new X-Ray Bag View makes the bag semi-transparent and shows representative items inside. This gives customers an intuitive sense of storage capacity without relying only on size indicators.

For mo details: Public Release Notes

Setup

Enabling this feature is simple:
    1.    Model the bag as semi-transparent and place representative items inside using the specially named node xray_bag — this will let shoppers easily see its capacity in the 3D Viewer. See instructions: Step-by-step guide
    2.    Upload the model to the WANNA Studio.
    3.    In the Dimensions tab of the 3D Viewer, the Show Capacity button will appear automatically.
