This article outlines model elements that are either not supported or ignored by the WANNA rendering engine.
Including unsupported features may:
- lead to visual errors (black or invisible materials),
- increase unnecessary file size,
- cause validation failure in WANNA Studio.
To avoid validation issues or visual inconsistencies, do not use these features in your 3D models.
Ignored Data
These data types aren't supported. They will be ignored and will not affect rendering:
- Vertex colors
- Displacement maps
- Non-standard material maps (e.g., cavity, specular glossiness, parallax)
- Any maps other than:
- Albedo
- Normal
- Emissive
- ORM (Occlusion, Roughness, Metalness)
- Animation, except for Watch Hands Animation and Action Animation in 3D Viewer
Unsupported Extensions & Materials
If your model includes non-supported extensions or advanced materials, it may be rejected by WANNA Studio:
- Any KHR extension not listed as Supported Extensions is considered unsupported
- Refer to the list of Supported Materials
