General Settings
This section allows the user to view the settings applied to the workspace for sneakers, watches and bags. For the workspace with watches, the shift that will be applied for models try on is also indicated.
Changes to the General settings can be made upon request with the manager, and will only be applied to models uploaded after the changes have been made.
This page lists the default settings that the user can change.
- For all categories, if there is more than one environment map, it will be available for changes.
- For watches, it is also possible to change the shift of the model on the hand and turn on/off the animation.
All these settings will only be applied to models uploaded after the changes have been made, and only for the user who uploaded them, and in the workspace where they made these changes, without affecting other users uploading models in any way.
To apply the above settings to an already uploaded model, go to the settings of the model you need and change what you require.
Upload Settings
These settings allow Wanna Studio users to upload files exported not only from Adobe Substance 3D Painter but also from other tools (Blender, 3DMax, etc.).
N.B. Materials should still be set in Adobe Substance 3D Painter with the Wanna shader.

Workspace settings
By going to the settings in the workspace, you can set up your own work pipeline.
The picture below shows the default state (the number of available settings depends on the workspace type and user needs).
Each user configures all settings for his account in each workspace individually.
Once the necessary settings have been set, click Save. Now the settings will be applied to new uploads in the workspace.
Upload and validate models
Select Upload and browse to the .zip archives with the model files on your computer, or simply drag and drop the archives to the WANNA Studio window.
Important! The uploaded archives with the model files should comply with the GLTF specification.
You will be redirected to the Upload Center. All models will be uploaded and validated automatically. Review progress and add more models if necessary.
Custom Upload
if you need to test a model then you can upload it using the Custom Upload button.
By clicking it, you can set uploading settings for the specific model, without disturbing settings of previously uploaded models.
After clicking the Custom Upload button, you will see the settings that have been applied to the workspace before.
Select the settings you need and click Apply.
Select all .zip files containing models info you wish to upload.
WANNA Studio automatically creates the model IDs from the names of the uploaded files, and detects left and right shoe models if the filenames in archive conform to the GLTF Specification.
- If there are any issues with your model, WANNA Studio will display an Upload error, Action required, or other error message. Select Details to see what the problem is and fix it.
- If the issue is with the contents of your model, please refer to the Studio Errors Guide to find out how you could fix it. Then upload the new .zip archive for the model.
- Once each model is successfully validated, WANNA Studio submits it to the models list with the Draft status. All newly uploaded models are highlighted in the models list. You don't need to wait until all models upload but can start reviewing the ones that are ready.
