WANNA currently supports Virtual Try-On (VTO) for the following product categories:

• Footwear
• Bags
• Scarves
• Watches & Bracelets

Below, you will find detailed information about the specific supported styles within each category. Please note that, in addition to style limitations, VTO is compatible only with certain materials. Be sure to review the Supported Materials list to confirm whether your item is eligible for VTO.

Footwear

✅ Supported Styles

WANNA VTO supports a wide range of closed shoe styles, including sneakers, gumshoes, monks, brogues, oxford boots, etc. These styles do not require any special settings beyond meeting the WANNA specifications and ensuring that the shoe collar is properly adjusted to appear naturally worn. For more details, refer to the Footwear 3D Model Requirements (Try-On).

High boots with shaft heights between 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) and 8.6 inches (22 cm) are also supported, but require custom skinning. See the High Boots Skinning Guide for instructions.

Shoes with open collars - such as loafers, moccasins, slip-ons, and ballerinas - are supported but require enabling the special setting during the upload process in WANNA Studio. Refer to the Open Shoes Setting Guide.

Even with the correct setting applied, collar smoothing artifacts may occur. Manual adjustment by the WANNA team may be necessary. Refer to the Known Issues.

Heeled styles, including pumps with an open instep and heel height from 1 inch to 2¾ inches (7 cm), and closed shoes (e.g. ankle boots) with heels up to 3.5 inches (9 cm), are supported. These styles require manual positioning and specific settings during upload. See the High Heels Positioning Guide for more.

⚠️ Partially Supported Styles

Open footwear styles such as:

• Sandals
• Mules
• Flip-flops

…are partially supported. While there may be known visual inconsistencies that affect the experience, the try-on results are generally sufficient for giving users a sense of how the product looks when worn.

These styles must be uploaded with the special setting, and may still require manual adjustment for collar smoothness. Refer to the Known Issues and Open Shoes Setting Guide for more.

❌ Not Supported Styles

The following footwear styles are currently not supported:

• High gladiator sandals
• Slingbacks and sandals with heel straps
• High boots taller than 22 cm (8.6 inches)
• High heels:
  • Open instep: heels taller than 7 cm, or wedge/chunky soles with combined heel height above 7 cm
  • Closed instep: heels taller than 9 cm, or wedge/chunky soles with combined heel height above 9 cm

Bags 

✅ Supported Styles 

WANNA VTO currently supports the following bag types:

• Crossbody bags 
• Shoulder bags with straps longer than 100 cm

These styles must not include any movable elements, such as keychains or fringe. If present, these elements will remain fixed in VTO and may appear unrealistic.

All bag models must be prepared specifically for VTO following the guide: How to Create a Bag Model for Virtual-Try-On. 

❌ Not Supported Styles

The following bag types are not supported for VTO:

• Hand-carried bags or bags carried on the elbow
• Shoulder bags with straps shorter than 100 cm
• Bags with movable elements, such as keychains or fringe (these will appear fixed and will not animate realistically)

Scarves 

✅ Supported Styles

WANNA VTO supports all scarf styles without specific limitations, except for materials.
Scarves can be developed in various positions to allow users to try on different fits and draping styles for a realistic virtual try-on experience.

All scarf models must be prepared according to the How to Create a Scarf Model for Virtual Try-On guide.

❌ Not Supported Styles

The following limitations currently apply to scarves in VTO:

• Extremely large scarves intended to cover the entire shoulders and arms like a blanket are not supported
• Try-on is currently limited to the neck area only. Scarves cannot be visualised on the head, shoulders, or as full-body wraps

Watches and Bracelets 

✅ Supported Styles

WANNA VTO supports the following watch and bracelet types:

• Watches with a fixed form, without hanging decorations, with a simple clock face design, and without large links on the strap
• Bracelets with a rigid base and static elements

All watch and bracelet models must comply with the Watches Content Specification and be prepared according to the Watches Positioning Guide.

❌ Not Supported Styles

he following watch and bracelet types are not supported for VTO:

• Bracelets and watches with hanging decorations or flexible elements
• Watches with complex or highly detailed clock face designs
• Bracelets and watches featuring large link straps
